1939 NSU 351 OT Engine Size: 351cc First Produced: 1935
Air cooled, single cylinder 351 cc 4 stroke engine coupled to a 3 speed gearbox & producing 12.5bhp @ 4020rpm. This model was a bored out version of the 251 & was especially good for use with a sidecar. |

1939 NSU Pony 100 Engine Size: 97cc First Produced: 1937
This model had an air cooled single cylinder 2 stroke engine which was coupled to a 3 speed gearbox, with the gearshift mounted on the tank. The Pony 100 was the smallest NSU produced at the time & became a huge commercial success. |

1939 NSU 201 ZDB Engine Size: 198cc First Produced: 1938
Air cooled, single cylinder 2 stroke engine with a 4 speed gearbox & chain drive. This model had twin exhaust pipes, internal brake shoes & a modern twistgrip throttle. |

1939 NSU Quickly / Quick Engine: 49cc First Produced: 1939
Air cooled, single cylinder 2 stroke engine with a 2 speed transmission operated by a twistgrip. An extremely popular model which was the least expensive motorcycle in the world at the time & continued in production until 1963 with many modifications along the way. |

1949 NSU Fox Engine: 98cc First Produced: 1949
Air cooled, single cylinder 4 stroke engine coupled to a 3 speed gearbox. A 2 stroke 123cc version with a 4 speed gearbox was introduced in 1951 & had almost identical power output. |

1952 NSU Lux Engine: 198cc First Produced: 1951
Air cooled, 198cc single cylinder 2 stroke engine with a 4 speed gearbox & chain drive producing 9 bhp @ 5250 rpm (Superlux 11bhp @ 5200 rpm). There was also a Superlux model available which was a litlle more powerful having a top speed of 63mph as against the 59mph of the Lux. |

1951 NSU Max Engine: 247cc First Produced: 1951
Air cooled, single cylinder 4 stroke OHC engine coupled to a 4 speed gearbox & chain drive. With 15 hp, it had the most powerful engine in the 250 cc class in Germany. From 1954 onwards it was given full-hub brakes, a "buffalo-style" tank and a power boost to 17 hp. |
