Motorcycles & Parts For Sale Your quick and simple resource for classic & vintage Ducati motorcycles & parts available worldwide for all models manufactured during the 20th century. |
In 1946 Ducati came out with its first motorbike, it wasn't fierce or outlandish but a cute, two-horsepower gas-sipper called the "Cucciolo" ("puppy" in Italian). There are still many classic Ducati machines and parts available. If you do not find what you are looking for through Ebay, other suggestions we would make are that you contact one of the several owners clubs worldwide for help & advice and / or place an ad in our Wanted & For Sale section further down the page. |

1955 Ducati 125 Gran Sport Marianne Engine Size: 125cc First Produced: 1955
This model had an air cooled single cylinder engine coupled to a 4 speed gearbox & had a power output of 12hp. In racing form this model dominated the motorcycle scene in Italy for most of the 1950's. In 1956 the Gran Sport 175cc version was introduced |
1959 Ducati Elite 200 Engines: 200cc First Produced: 1959
Air cooled, four stroke, single cylinder, SOHC, shaft and bevel gear driven 2 valve per cylinder. First introduced in 1959, the Ducati 200 Elite was developed by boring the 175-cc motor by 5 mm, to a capacity of 204 cc. That move resulted in an increased output of 18 horsepower at 7,500 rpm with a faster top speed of 87 mph. |
1964 Ducati Diana 250 Engine Size: 250cc First Produced: 1964
Air cooled, four stroke, single cylinder, Desmo SOHC producing 20hp at 7750 rpm & producing a top speed of 85mph. 4 speed transmission. The Mark 3 Super Sport came out a little later with a 30 horsepower engine mated to a five-speed transmission. |
1970 Ducati 350 Desmo Engine: 340cc First Produced: 1970
Air cooled, four stroke, single cylinder, SOHC. 34hp at 8500rpm. 5 speed gearbox. The word ‘Desmodromic' is derived from two Greek roots, desmos (meaning - linked) and dromos (meaning - track). The Ducati Desmodromic system is unique in that the valves are positively closed and opened by a cam and leverage system, rather than relying on standard valve springs. |
1977 Ducati 500GTV Sport Engine: 497cc First Produced: 1977
Air cooled, four stroke, parallel twin cylinder, SOHC, 2 valve per cylinder. 5 speed transmission with chain drive. This model was the sportiest of the 500cc range & could be had with an elegant paint job borrowed from the 900 SD. |
1977 Ducati 900SS Engine: 864cc First Produced: 1977
Air cooled, four stroke, 90°“L”twin cylinder, SOHC, desmodromic 2 valve per cylinder. 80hp at 7500rpm. 5 speed transmission with chain drive. The first 900s, the silver-and-blue bevel-drive twins, were rightly characterized by testers as "magic on a mountain road." The bike was not only fast - 130 mph plus- but it had the confidence-inspiring and friendly feel of the Ducati 750SS of the early 1970s, from which the 900SS was developed. |
1982 Ducati 900MHR Mike Hailwood Replica Engine: 497cc First Produced: 1979
Four stroke, 90°“L”twin cylinder, SOHC, desmodromic 2 valve per cylinder. 80hp at 7500rpm. 5 speed transmission. 134mph. Hailwood's bike was a hastily-cobbled together factory Ducati & beat much more powerful fully-fledged Japanese racers in the 1978 TT races. Ducati were so pleased with the success, they released a limited edition of Mike Hailwood Replica (MHR) machines shortly afterwards. |
